We supply our products fully painted with a high quality finish--thanks to our electrostatic conveyor paint line complete with drying oven. If required, we can supply pallets fully hot dipped galvanised to offer increased corrosion protection.

We are now able to provide a Shot Blasting service at our site in Burntwood. Our brand new equipment and large shot blasting booth will enable us to provide fully refurbished pallets, stillages and other steel fabrications in need of restoration or just a face-lift. Another service available at our Burntwood site is our large on-site Machine Shop - W.B. Tools. Using these facilities we are able to provide a comprehensive service to produce precision metal components not only for our own use, but also for sale to external customers. Some of the machines we have available are: Vertical and Horizontal Millers, Shaper, Manual Lathe and a fully CNC enabled programmable lathe.

We have "in-house" 3D CAD design facilities using ProEngineer software. This enables us to: Develop a complete 3D solid model for all our products; Reduce prototype & production lead times; Give an accurate design to the customer; Develop tailor made solutions to materials handling problems.
We are also able to import CAD data from our customers and suppliers, enabling us to build a complete prototype including parts to be handled, without ever actually having seen a real component.
We are able to export and import our CAD data in several formats: Hardcopy laser printouts; Photorealistic renderings (JPEG, BMP, TIF etc); CAD data in IGES, DXF, DWG etc; CD-ROM, 4mm DAT tape; and Floppy disk.
